• Track bid outcomes and contribute to project value engineering

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in civil or commercial construction estimating

• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HCSS, HeavyBid) and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Familiarity with DOT, federal, or municipal contracts a plus
